FAQ
Is this real-money poker?
No. Hold'em Turbo is a free social game that uses play money only. There is no real-money gambling, no deposits and no prizes of value.
Do chips have any cash value?
No. Chips are virtual items for entertainment. They can never be cashed out, redeemed, transferred to other players, sold, or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value. Tournament payouts are play chips too.
How do I get chips?
New accounts start with 1,000 chips. After that, claim 1,000 free chips once every 24 hours with the “Claim free chips” button in the game header or lobby; the button shows a countdown to your next claim. Chips can't be bought.
How do I sign in?
Click Play now and choose “Sign in with X”. While X sign-in is being switched on, you can create an account with a handle and a secret instead. We never post to X for you.
Can I play when nobody else is online?
Yes. “Practice vs Bots” seats you at a private table with 8 bots for a full turbo tournament with the same structure as the real thing. Practice games are free — they never touch your chip balance and pay no prizes.
I forgot my login secret. What now?
On the sign-in box, choose “Forgot your login secret?” and enter your @handle or email. If the account has a recovery email, we'll send it a one-time reset link. Existing players can add a recovery email from the lobby.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — you must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to play. Even with play money, poker-style games aren't meant for minors. If gambling is a problem for you, please seek help from a local support service.
How long does a tournament take?
About 85 minutes from the first hand. Blinds rise every 3 minutes, and the two tables merge into a final table as players bust.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The table is built for desktop and mobile browsers — no app to install.
Ready to shuffle up?
Free to play. 1,000 free chips every day.
